Relied upon by: A<mad Abí Dáwúd Dárimí Ibn Májah Nasá'í Tirmidhí Al-`Ijlí said that he was reliable, and a man of Sunnah (#á<ib sunnah). When people used to rest [at night] he used to go into the sea up to his knees doing remembrance (dhikr) of Allah [swt].
