If you are in hurry and can't wait till Jama'at starts, you can pray individually (Furada) but it should not send a wrong message of disrespect to the Imam of Jama'at or to the participants who are waiting to join the congregational Prayer.

Friday (Jum'ah) Prayer is obligatory if it was called for with all its conditions. This is according to the obligatory precaution ( Ehtiyat Wajib) according many of our leading scholars.

Jummah prayer can never be performed individually (Furada). It must have all its conditions including number of participants of minimum five in congregation.

Shia great scholars (Maraaji' of Taqleed) allow reciting Quran in any of the famous seven recitations including the Qira'ah of Warsh, although we believe that the Qira'ah of Hafs from 'Aasim is the most authentic as it was taken from Ameerul Mo'mineen Ali (AS).

We are allowed to pray behind any Muslim following any Muslim sect apart from Shia Islam, but we need to recite Al-Hamd and Sura whispering,bin the first and second Rak'ats for ourselves.
