I travelled to attend a wedding prior to Ramadan. My parents booked our flights knowing Ramadan could have fallen on the day we were flying home. Thus, I could not fast on the first of Ramadan. Do I have to pay Kaffarah?

Bismihi ta'ala
You do not need to pay a kaffarah.
All you must do is redo that day as qadha`.
And Allah knows best.
