If I take a shower in the morning, is it possible to make Wudhu while in the shower to save time and water? Is there a practical way of doing this or do I need to just complete my shower first and then make Wudhu separately afterwards?

You can perform Wudhu just before starting your shower. It can be also done after shower but after you dry your head and feet where wiping on them is compulsory.
