In South Africa there are some misinformed Christians who boycott Halal meat thinking it has been slaughtered in the name of a foreign god. To counter this situation can we say "In the name of the God of Prophet Ibrahim" instead of "In the name of Allah"?

Yes we can say that because the God of Prophet Ibrahim is none but Allah.
