It is good to listen to the recorded recitation of Quran or Dua. If the recitation is live by a present reciter, it will be important to listen, but it does not mean disrespect if you are doing something else while the recording is played. Disrespect depends on the intention and the impact on people. No believer will ever have an intention to disrespect Quranic or Du'a recitation.
