Qigong is a Chinese way of exercise for body well-being through deep breathing and body poses. There are hundreds of ways used by different peoples for well being, all of them are allowed to practice as far as it is for well being only with out any non Islamic religious practice. Practicing Qigong for health only is allowed like any other way of exercise.
