in Islam a man is not allowed to approach his female counterpart as long as she is not physically, legally and mentally mature for that. Hypothetically the same goes for a woman in regard to men.

to become a lawyer is permissible provided that you do not lie, cheat or support oppression and mischief against a third party.

Sometimes it may be very difficult to be "professionally clean" in certain circumstances but a Muslim is always required to behave at his best and to promote truth anywhere he is.

With prayers for your success.

Jesus ('Isa in Arabic) was not God but a slave and a prophet of Allah (5:72 and 19:30).

He was not killed and crucified but he was made to resemble as such (4:157).

He was taken by Allah and raised to Him (3:55 and 5:117).

Some of his disciples were among his true followers and true believers while others opposed him (61:14).

With prayers for your success.

there is no relation between a Sayyid girl marrying a non-Sayyid man and the sadaqah that is not allowed on Sayyids. So it doesn't make any difference that a Sayyid girl is from the progeny of Muhammad, peace be upon him and his family, in this regard. In Islam, Muslims are encouraged to marry a pious and religious people, committed to the Din in order to please Allah Almighty, be they Sayyids or not.

Salat al-Tasbih is known by some as "Salat Ja'far al-Tayyar" because it is said that it was taught by the Prophet, peace be upon him and his family, to his cousin Ja'far. Some reports state that it was taught to Abbas Ibn Abdul-Muttalib as well. This salat has been mentioned in many books. Amongst them:

- "al-Kafi" by Shaykh al-Kulayni

- "Man la Yahduruhu al-Faqih" by Shaykh al-Saduq

- "Tahdib al-Ahkam" by Shaykh al-Tusi

- "Sunan Abi Dawud"

- "Sunan al-Tirmidhi"

- "Sunan Ibn Majah"

It has been reported through different chains of transmission with slight variations that do not alter its integrity.  It has also been reported by ulama belonging to different schools and practiced by the Imam of Ahl al-Bayt and many pious predecessors. Such widespread practice strengthens the hadiths transmitted on the authority of the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him and his family.

With prayers for your success.

In the Qur'an it is mentioned that Allah tells the Prophet, peace be upon him and his family, to say to the people: "Say:- If you love Allah follow me-" (3:31).

To preserve the sunnah of the Prophet, peace be upon him and his family, and observe all divine orders is one of the main conditions for having real love of Allah.

the Qur'an says: "And whenever you are greeted with a greeting, greet with what is better than it or return the same" (4:86).

Therefore in the above-mentioned case a full response should be given although it is preferable even a better response like "wa alaikum salam wa rahmatullah" or "wa alaikum salam wa rahmatullah wa barakatuhu".

With prayers for your success.

Absolute wilayah belong to Allah and He has authority over all His creation. He creates as He wishes and He gives authority to whoever He wills in order to establish His own authority.

In some theological treatises two types of wilayah have been mentioned:

- Wilayah Takwiniyyah: that is creational authority like direct intervention and control over things and affairs in the creation. The human power to walk, to climb, to carry heavy loads, etc. are all examples of this authority.

- Wilayah Tashri'iyyah: that is legislative authority like the right or duty to establish a specific ruling or take a particular decision after a legitimate approval or consultation.

In theological debates the discussion around these arguments focused on the limits of the wilayah in relation to the Prophet and Imams, peace be upon them.

Miracles are instances of wilayah takwiniyyah that Allah bestowed upon His prophets; it is however a divine act beyond ordinary human faculties. As far as the legislative aspect, it is known that the Prophet, peace be upon him and his family, was subject to specific rulings only for him with the exclusion of the rest of the Ummah. Yet, the rule was from Allah and not from himself.

Some scholars have claimed that Allah has given total or partial authority to the Prophet and Imams, peace be upon them, for the administration of the world and that they have control over it, at least partially, with His permission. They base their opinion relying on certain hadith and some intellectual concepts. This is the maximum extent of the concept of wilayah takwiniyya in relation to the Prophet and Imams.

Other scholars however reject such view and consider it against the Qur'an, implicitly or explicitly, based on conjectures and weak ahadith.
