Yes you can. Using any application for counting or reading Quranic verses or chapters or Du'a from your mobile phone during prayer is permissible.

Is it allowed, while praying, to recite the Quranic verses from the mobile when one cannot remember them?

It is allowed for one to hold paper or a phone if they wish to recite verses of a surah which they haven’t memorised however it is makruh meaning there is less reward in the Salah.
