If the father or grandfather are still alive, they are still her shar'i guardian, whether they play a role in her life or not. Unless of course she reaches out to them, and for an unjustifiable reason refuse to give their consent, in such a circumstance the case would be different.

However, assuming that they are still alive, she must obtain their consent.

If they have passed, for marriage to be legitimate, she does not need to seek consent, however from a social/moral perspective, she should aim at having family involved, and not pursue an ongoing relationship through a permanent marriage, and not temporary.

Muslim woman is not required to observe full Hijab in front of non-Muslim women, although we have narrations advising Muslim women to be careful from non-Muslim women who might inform their non-Muslim spouses About the details of the body of Muslim woman. Muslim woman should not expose her body in front of non-Muslim women more than what is required in modesty.

If listening to non Mahram women does not cause mirth, bad thoughts or bad desires, then it is permissible for men to listen to them. It becomes unlawful when it causes mirth, bad thoughts or bad desires.

Technically you are married (even if psychologically or socially you are single), so if you want to marry someone else, you should first get a divorce, and then observe iddah if necessary.

Istikhara is not appropriate for a thing which is inherently forbidden (and to marry someone else while you are married is forbidden).

This is why it is not a good idea to let a nikah without an actual marriage hang for a long time, whether it is as an engagement or after marriage. Of course it happens and I am not saying it is your fault personally, as usually it is the fault of society, but I am just saying it is not a healthy situation.

Anyway I hope you can resolve your marital situation soon (or, rather, dissolve it, if that is your intent).

Bismillah,

Asalamu Alaykom,

Firstly a Muslim female shouldn't have male non-mahram friends. So this is already out of the question. Yes, interaction with the opposite gender at the workplace for example is permitted.

In regard to discussing private sexual matters with her female friends, this should be avoided. Unfortunately some women fall into this and divulge intimate details of their spouses.

If the woman genuinely needs advice related to sexual matters, she can speak or ask in a general sense without making it specific to herself.

May Allah grant you success

No, it is not true that it is not allowed to marry a woman who has vitiligo. Anyone can get married in Islam, as long as they meet the correct requirements and obligatory conditions.

A skin disease would not be something that impedes a person from getting married.

With prayers for your success.

Bismillah,

Asalamu Alaykom,

If one needs to expose their private parts to a doctor for necessary medical reasons then it is permissible. Of course one should only show the part which is absolutely necessary and not more than is needed. One should also visit the doctor of the same gender.

Some ulema also mention for the doctor to look at the private parts via a mirror rather than directly.

May Allah grant you success

Although the parents have divorced, and the children might not be living with the father, or maybe not even in contact with the father, but as long as the father is sane and alive, he is still the daughter's guardian and wali amr. Of course, if drug addiction impedes him from rational conduct, or he refuses to give consent on baseless grounds, then the case would be different.

And Allah knows best.

Thank you for your question. While the wisdom is not known with certainty, some have opined that it is a symbol that the female path to God is one of chastity and so the donning of full hijab during prayer to a God who sees the female in all her states is a symbol of that path.

May you always be successful

Thank you for your question. As long as the marriage contract was pronounced correctly with all of its conditions and the divorce was also performed correctly the marriage is valid even if this was not the most ethical path.

May you always be successful.
