It is not correct to claim that every witness of woman is half of the witness of a man.

In many cases, the witness of a woman is equal to a man especially in family matters and matrimonial issues and women issues.

In financial disputes and challenges, woman needs another woman to be with her to stand against the challenge. Man can bear the heavy burden of such challenge alone.

Their permission is not needed in this case.
However, it behoves a Muslim to be respectful towards the parents. So try to get them on board if possible.

Provided that these socks (1) Won't attract the attention of Non-mahram and (2) Do not qualify as Zinah (adornment), they CAN be considered as proper cover for the feet. Otherwise wearing them is in contrast with the meaning and the purpose of Hijab.

Bismillah,

Asalamu Alaykom,

You should marry the spouse who is most religiously compatible with you.

Not wearing hijab openly is an act of fisq and is a sin. One must remember that such a woman will raise their future kids if Allah blesses them. If a young girl was to see her mother not wearing hijab or dressed in ways which are not proper, she may imitate this.

The same applies for a woman in choosing a man. Does she want a man who doesn't pray and who may do sins in front of her kids?

May Allah grant you success

It is not allowed for any Muslim female to wear any type or any degree of makeup in front of non Mahram men . If your employers force you to put red lipstick or any type of make up in front of men, then you must avoid that even if you have to leave the job if they insist on forcing you to do that, because it is against the teachings of Quran (Tell the believing women to lower their gaze and protect themselves (from sinful sexual acts) and not to show off their adornment except what is apparent .(Sura 24, Verse 31).

Thank you for your question. This answer is from the website of Ayatullah Sistani (hA):

Question: Does a woman enter the state of Janabah, if she reaches orgasm without penetration?

Answer: As for the fluid that is discharged from the vagina when a woman engages in foreplay or imagines lustful thoughts and which is not enough to dirty other places [such as her clothing], it is pure and does not require Ghusl to be performed and nor does it invalidate Wuḍū. However, if the discharged fluid is a lot – to the extent that it can be called an ‘ejaculation’ and it dirties clothing – then in case it is discharged when the woman reaches sexual climax and complete sexual satisfaction (orgasm), it is impure and causes Janābah. In fact, even if it is not discharged at that moment, based on obligatory precaution it is impure and causes janābah. And whenever a woman doubts whether or not a discharge of fluid was to this extent, or she doubts whether or not fluid was discharged at all, performing Ghusl is not obligatory on her and nor does it invalidate Wuḍūʾ and Ghusl.

This question should be addressed to the Court authority which appoints the judges.

No doubt many women have brilliant abilities even more than some men.

If your question is related to Islamic court, then we say that woman is allowed to work in all the procedure of the Islamic court except the final judgment. Final judgment which is for the (Qadhi) has a condition among many conditions that Qadhi must be man. Islam does not expose the woman to challenge and hardship of final judgment which is usually face opposition of one party.
