Husband and wife are allowed to enjoy themselves between them but it should not reach to masturbation when they are away from one another. If they were together, even masturbation one another will be allowed for them which means that wife is allowed to use her hands or any part of her body to make her husband enjoy or ejaculate. Same is permissible for the husband to make his wife enjoy or reach to orgasm. But when they are apart from one another, it is not permissible for any of them to masturbate through talking with the spouse on phone or video etc.

Bismillah,

Asalamu Alaykom,

If by ‘sexting’ you mean explicit messages between a husband and wife, then this wouldn’t be haram provided that it wouldn’t lead to a sin. For example, if a man fears that by speaking to his wife in a sexual manner while being away from her, that it would lead him to engage in masturbation, then he should avoid anything that leads to that and wait until he is physically with his wife.

May Allah grant you success

If the program, cartoon or real, is pornographic, then of course it is impermissible to watch. If the program has certain segments in it that is sexually explicit, and you are of mature age, and such a program will not lead you to commit any haram acts, then watching the program itself is permissible.

However, once such scenes come out, you must fast forward it and skip the sexual content.

And Allah knows best.

In such situations, the only way that remains is doing temporary marriage.
Resisting this desire is not easy at all.
That's why in Islam there are two types of marriage.
Although the permanent is the best, the temporary is prescribed for those who can't afford and are not able to do it permanently

First of all we need to be sure that she is really a woman. This assurance does not come from her recent appearance which looks like a woman but must come
through medical confirmed results that the DNA belongs to a female
human being. When a person is a female by genetic structure but
because of abnormality she looked like a male and then she went
through a surgery to remove the abnormal organs and develop the female
organs, in this case she is a female and marriage between a Muslim man
and a Muslim woman is possible. But if she does not have female DNA
and the operation was just for removing the male organs and creating or implanting
female organs instead, she is in fact not a female, so there is no
question of marriage between a Muslim man and such a person.

Same situation applies on a woman who undergoes a surgery to look like a man wth out a DNA confirmation about the real gender.

1. It is not allowed for a Muslim man to have more than one wife if he is unable to implement practical justice between them. Allah says in Quran : ( But if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with them, then only one wife) ( Sura 4, Verse 3).

2. The Muslim man must keep the respect of every one of his wives and never hurt feelings of any of them.

3. The acts of threesomes is not allowed in Islam at all. Any of his wives is not allowed to see other wife during intimate situation.
