Man

A man is a male human. The term man is usually reserved for an adult male, with the term boy being the usual term for a male child or adolescent. However, the term man is also sometimes used to identify a male human, regardless of age, as in phrases such as "men's basketball".

Well the rules for hijab are derived from Qur'an, hadith, and the deductions of scholars, and you can find the subject of hijab discussed elsewhere here.

However, I do want to point out that, in many Muslim cultures, the clothing that is traditionally considered respectful for men is loose and long-sleeved, and there is also often headwear. For instance, shaykhs/religious leaders of most groups of Muslims today often wear loose clothing and a turban or other headgear. And, it is often considered indecent or inappropriate for men to reveal themselves extensively unless it is under special circumstances like maybe some kinds of work. To my knowledge, it is only in the modern era that it became fashionable for Muslim men to wear super-tight jeans and so on.

Anyway just a couple thoughts, you can find a lot on the subject of hijab on this website.

My understanding is that the emphasis on males having hur al-ayns is because God is shy and considers that women might also be more shy about these things. However, men are often not shy in broadcasting that they want many females and in fact sometimes consider it a manly thing to say, so God speaks of this from the male perspective.

The Qur'an is also discreet in discussing other delicate matters such as using the washroom and spousal relations, even though this discretion is not usually reflected in translation.

Maybe also some of the men in that time period were a little difficult and they needed some extra encouragement.

The Hereafter does not have the same considerations of this world, and God knows best how people will feel about these things in the Hereafter.

In any case, the Quran (for instance in Surah Ya Sin) does in general speak of having the enjoyment of companionship in Paradise in a general sense (not limited to men).

Believing females will get in the Paradise the best of their wishes according to their noble wishes. All the wishes in the Paradise will be noble and no evil desire will remain in the heart of any believer (We removed from their chests every bad feeling)(Sura 7: Verse 43).

The pious woman will be granted the best man as her husband. Women do not like to be married to more than one man and those women who desire more than one man in this life are looked down by common women. No doubt such desire will never be in the heart of any pious woman in the Paradise. All noble desires and wishes of pious women will be granted in the Paradise.

There is no question of misogynistic act in Paradise because Allah The Most Merciful is equally Merciful on men as on women as both of them are His Creatures.

This question should be addressed to the Court authority which appoints the judges.

No doubt many women have brilliant abilities even more than some men.

If your question is related to Islamic court, then we say that woman is allowed to work in all the procedure of the Islamic court except the final judgment. Final judgment which is for the (Qadhi) has a condition among many conditions that Qadhi must be man. Islam does not expose the woman to challenge and hardship of final judgment which is usually face opposition of one party.

He needs to repent and decide not to commit such crime again and seek forgiveness from Allah (SWT) but he does not need to divorce his wife.

Committing such major sin is strongly forbidden and condemned and the knowledge or no knowledge of his wife does not change the rule.

Allah The Glorious knows all our deeds and we need to seek Forgiveness from Him.

You do not need to mention your previous sins to any one except Allah, simply, because no one can forgive your sins but Allah (SWT).

In many cases, mentioning your previous sins can hurt the feeling of your spouse or displease them. Disclosing your previous sins can be harmful as it is possible that it can leak to others including your children when your spouse is unhappy with you. That is why, you should keep your sins between you and your Creator and seek His forgiveness.

Just repeat Estighfaar as many times as you can and seek from Allah (SWT) to forgive your sins and protect you and your family from every harm ijn this life and hereafter.

Islamic rules have punishment on certain major sins, but that punishments can only be implemented by the Prophet , Infallible Imam or his deputy.

Polygamy is allowed not only in Islam but in other religions including Christianity and you can find it in Old Testament. Jews and Christians claim following Ebrahim (Abraham) and every one knows that Ebrahim had more that one wife and his sons Ismail and Isaac are from different mothers.

Polygamy is required by human societies in many situations especially when the number of marriageable females is more than the number of marriageable males due to many reasons. This situation will make many marriageable females in need for a man to marry them even if he is already married with another female. With out legitimate polygamy, thousands of unmarried females will suffer a lot.

Polygamy is a blessing from Allah (SWT) on the human beings especially on the unmarried , divorced or widowed females.

Islam does not grant open permission for men to have more than one wife but puts a condition of practical justice on the man who wants to have more than one wife. If the man is unable to maintain the practical justice between his wives, then he is not allowed to marry more than one wife (If you fear that you shall not practice justice, then just one wife) (Sura 4, Verse 3).

Divorced wife is no ore a wife after passing the Iddah (Waiting period). Same for the husband who divorced his wife, he is no more a husband for her.

In Paradise, Allah (SWT) grants the best to the believers. The best husband will be given to the believing woman and the best wife will be given for the man. Allah (SWT) will remove all negative things from the believers in Paradise.

You are allowed to get married for more or less any reason you want. People (both men and women) decide to get married for all sorts of reasons.

However, it is good for him to think deeply about whether or not he *should* do it since it will affect other people around him.
