Thank you for your question. While the wisdom is not known with certainty, some have opined that it is a symbol that the female path to God is one of chastity and so the donning of full hijab during prayer to a God who sees the female in all her states is a symbol of that path.

Al-Khidhr (AS) was one of the sincere servants of Allah (SWT) who was
been granted by Allah (SWT) His direct knowledge علم لدني (surah 18 verse 65).
Al-Khidhr (AS) was more knowledgeable than Prophet Moosa (AS) in few
matters and not in every matter. The Divine Wisdom is best known by
Allah (SWT). Some of the Ulama say that it might be a procedure to
train Prophet Moosa to be more patient and to teach the believer in
all the ages to be patient and to seek more knowledge and not to
object before having full knowledge about the situation. After all,
Allah (SWT) knows the best of the Divine Wisdom as we believe that He
is the Absolute Wise and Merciful who knows everything in the past,
present and the future, that is why we firmly believe in His divine wisdom best known to Him and His messenger and the his Infallible successors.
We as believers in Allah (SWT) believe that every act or order from Allah (SWT) is according to the best Wisdom and Mercy because He is The Absolute Wise and His Knowledge is the Full Knowledge and His Mercy is the Absolute.
We should not expect our limited minds to be able to contain the un limited Knowledge and Wisdom of Allah (SWT). We say : Allah knows the best. This does not mean that we are prohibited from thinking, on the contrary, we ae always been encouraged to think in the proper way of thinking, which guides us to the truth which includes the reality that our abilities including our thinking powers are limited.
Allah (SWT) guided Adam and Hawwa to be away from a tree for divine wisdom best known to Him. It might be training them for the next step which is to be on earth to establish human life n this planet and it might be other reasons.
Thank you for your question. While we cannot know the full Wisdom of God that does not prevent us from understanding something of the wisdom of God as it pertains to the creation. There are some laws that we can understand the wisdom behind and others that we do not know the wisdom of. But following those laws is not contingent on us understanding the wisdom behind them once we confirm the Wisdom of God and it's unlimited nature.
To give an example to illustrate the point, many times small children do not understand the wisdom of their parents when they prevent them or encourage them towards certain things. But if the parents are truly wise then it is in the benefit of the child whether that child understand the wisdom or not. Indeed to take this example further, in any relationship when one person is wise and the other is in need of wisdom, the one that needs wisdom is by definition he who does not understand that wisdom unless the wise person is able to explain it to them as part of their advice. That is a normal handicap for one that lacks wisdom even if it is not Divine Wisdom.
