Yes, Bilal ibn Rabah was one of the pious companions who believed in the Imamate of Ameerul Mo'mineen Ali (AS). He did not like the people of Saqeefa and left Madina during the government of Abu Bakr and Umar. He was against the corruption of Mu'awiyah who was appointed by Umar as a ruler on Syria. Umar used to openly complain against the objections of Bilal on Mu'awiyah.
