It is obligatory and compulsory to perform the obligatory Prayers within its time under any circumstance. It is not permissible to delay any obligatory Prayer till its time goes away. 
You must perform your Prayer within its timings any where which is available even on the road or any public place or so as far as the owners of the place do not object.

It is not allowed to delay your obligatory Prayers till you return back to your home if you return after the time of the obligatory Prayer.
