I have read about the positive benefits of black aqiq stone, but not from our Islamic heritage. As far as the highly recommended and very mustahab stone that should be worn, it is the red aqiq. They usually refer to this 'red aqiq' as a aqiq kabadi, which means liver colour aqiq.

That would be the best ring to get, with this specific colour.

With prayers for your success.

Yes, you can. There is no shar'i problem with that, as long as it does not entail any other form of haram, like non-mahram touching, or, if you are a female, removing of hijab, etc.

Bullies will always bully. If it was not your nose that they wanted to bully about, it would be something else. So your self-confidence should always be high, and this cosmetic surgery could help you, but your spirit must always be strong.

And Allah knows best.

The fundamental issue here that must always be observed is "family involvement".

Make sure that parents of both sides are aware, fully involved, and give consent.

The only and best way of honour the opposite is by honouring his/her parents and family members.

If parents give consent, and they are happy with this suitor, then yes, you should meet with each other. Meeting in public could be a good idea, as long as you both know that it will not bring about any problems from small-minded people who might want to gossip and accuse.

Hopefully, by having a meeting, you will both be able to decide about marriage, and get married.

With prayers for your success.

Yes, it is permissible to keep on wearing an amulet, talisman, stone, etc. If the verses, Divine Names, or names of Ma'sumeen (a.s.) appear on the outside, then you should avoid touching it. Or, you are able to laminate it, or cover it with clear coloured nail polish, to avoid accidentally touching it.

Yes, you can also read more than seven verses. the only verses you must not read are the verses that have a wajib sajdah.

These verses are in Surah Fussilat, Najm, Sajdah and 'Alaq.

And Allah knows best.

If they have shown you a written ijazah of them being able to receive khums from the Marja', or you are of the level of trusting the individual in what they are saying about their receipt and its authority, then that would suffice.

If not, request a receipt from the office.

The requirement of A.U. Seyid Sistani's office is that whenever you give a khums payment, a receipt must be issued from the office.

With prayers for your success.

Everything is created in pairs does not mean necessarily in male and female because millions of things in the universes do not fall under two genders but still exist in pairs e.g. day and night.

Species with out male and female still have pairs within itself as the DNA two parts divides in to two parts in reproduction. With out that pairs of DNA, no reproduction can take place at all.

Edit: There is a narration that says, "When a believer [in heaven] wants a child, Allah will created him or her without pregnancy or birth in whatever form [his parent] wishes, just as He created Adam." (al-Ihtijaj, 2/130, ascribed to a letter from Imam al-Mahdi (A))

I am not sure what else is mentioned on this subject in our sources (perhaps someone can add something.).

However, possibly they will not want to have children there because often our desire to have children in this world is affected by hormones or society, or the desire to procreate is put into our hearts through divine mechanisms to carry out the plan of God for humanity.

God knows best!

The statement "emotionally unstable" is very broad, and so it could be difficult to say whether it needs to be disclosed prior to a marriage proposal or not.

If she has a chronic illness that would affect her spousal relationship, and impede in what people would see to be a healthy marriage, then it is best for her to be upfront about everything so she is not left with a broken heart or an early divorce.

In general, it is always better to be direct and clear about one's mental state of being, and to mention what would be for or against them.

Everyone is entitled to get married, even if they have certain challenges they are facing, and of course she can get married if she is emotionally unstable, but honesty is always going to work to everyone's advantage.

Hopefully, with therapy and support of her family and loved ones she can overcome these emotional difficulties, and maybe marriage will secure her mental stability, in shaa Allah.

With prayers for your success.
