By believing that Allah Has The Absolute Knowledge, and The Absolute Wisdom, and The Absolute Mercy, and He is The Absolute Able and The  Absolute Generous. We seek from Him what we wish and think good for us, but He Knows everything about us and everything including what we wish, and He Knows all the past, the present and the future. He knows whether our wish which we think good according to our limited knowledge, is really good for us now and in the future or not. He does not follow our thinking but He Has His Absolute Knowledge. His Absolute Mercy on us makes Him avoid us what can be harmful for us in the future. That is why, we need to submit to the Will of Allah which is based on His Absolute Knowledge, Wisdom and Mercy. We keep on seeking from Allah our wishes even for decades, being sure that He Will Grant us The Best according to His Knowledge not our imagination.

‘We keep praying and seeking from Allah, submitting to His Will and thanking Him always for His countless bounties on us.

‘Wassalam.

The Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) called Ali, Fatima, Hasan and Husain and did not allow any of his wives to join when he explained who are involved in the Verse of Purification (Tatheer). Umm Salama who was the best of the wives after Khadija narrated that herself.

Saheeh Al-Tirmithi, Hadeeth 3205

We, Shia Muslims follow the authentic Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA). We pray as he used to pray. He used to join Dhuhr with Asr, as well as Maghrib with Isha and pray separately in other times. We also believe that it is permissible to join if we want or pray separately if we want.

There is no authentic Hadeeth on such Salat. Even Sunnis are disputing Salatul Ishraq as some of them consider it a Bid’ah while others claim it Salatul Dhuha when performed early after sunrise. Salatul Dhuha itself is Bid’ah which was not done nor allowed by the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA).

Maatam (Beating chest) is a human action to reflect grief and sadness. It is been practiced by millions of people when they face or remember a sad incident. It was practiced by Muslims during the life of the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) when they came to know about the injury of the Prophet (SAWA) in the battle of Ohod. Ayisha daughter of Abu Bakr did Maatam when the Prophet passed away. (Musnad Abi &A’la Al-Moosili, Volume 8, page 63) Hadeeth number 4586.
