Wealth

Wealth is the abundance of valuable financial assets or physical possessions which can be converted into a form that can be used for transactions. This includes the core meaning as held in the originating old English word weal, which is from an Indo-European word stem. The modern concept of wealth is of significance in all areas of economics, and clearly so for growth economics and development economics, yet the meaning of wealth is context-dependent.

Same like the distribution of her own wealth between her children. Every son will get two shares and every daughter will get one share. Whatever she had inherited from her father or mother, etc, belongs to her and owned by her.

1. The share of the permanent wife from her deceased husband is one eighth from the wealth he left

2. The remaining seven eighths is the right of the sons and daughters of the deceased which must be distributed among them in equal portions shares of one share to every daughter and two shares to every son

3. If the mother passes away after inheriting from her husband, all her wealth should be distributed among her sons and daughter in the same portions of one share for every daughter and two shares for every son. It should be mentioned that these shares are proposing that the deceased did not leave a living father or mother otherwise they will also be entitled to inherit from their son or daughter.

Widowed husband has share of the wealth of his late wife. If she has inherited from her father, her husband has share in her estate. If she had any children then her husband gets one quarter but if she had no children at all neither from him or from previous marriage then her husband gets half of whatever she left.

This claim is not true at all. It is part of the politically oriented fabricated narrations. Even leading Sunni scholars said that the narration is fabricated.

‘Keep in mind that lot of narrations in praise of the Saqeefah rulers were fabricated for political reasons. This fact is well known to the scholars of Muslim history and science of Hadeeth.

It is not allowed to harm people. You need to seek permission or a pardon from the people whom you did harm even by paying them something if they ask to pardon you. Your current income is not Haraam as far as you are not harming any one in your current business.

Allah (SWT) created all creatures and He provides all of them whether they believe and obey Him or not. That is from His Great Mercy. Some believers suffer from poverty because of injustice of oppressors or any other reason. Poverty can also in certain cases be a test to purify the believer or elevate his degree.

Poverty is not degradation  and wealth is not an honor. Both are tests.

Many enemies of Allah were granted wealth like Firaon ( Pharaoh) and Hamaan and  Qaroun (Korah) while many Prophets were tested by poverty and illness like Prophet Ayyub (AS).

No. Illegitimately earned money can not be used in any purpose even in good purpose like charity or clean business. Using such money is a sinful act and the income from it will be illegitimate also.

Thank you for your question. The major struggle in the way of Allah is the struggle of self-purification and freeing the self from the commands of the lower self. It is a long journey where the mind finds purity and connection with God. A person can strive with their life force to reach the lofty aims of purification and knowledge, and they can spend their wealth in order to achieve these aims through sponsoring humanitarian projects and helping those in need.

May you always be successful

Only being poor does no mean that the person is entitled to Paradise with out accountability. True faith and good deeds are compulsory to enter Paradise. Accountability is on every person as far as he has done, but the financial matters of the rich is more difficult than the poor who did not have much.

Poor believers who live with patience and piousness will get great reward in the Paradise.

Thank you for your question. It is not true that rich Muslims will be punished for enjoying their wealth in this world. Rather, all Muslims will be rewarded and punished based on their good and bad deeds.

May you always be successful.
