Allah (الله‎, romanized: Allāh) is the Arabic word for God in Abrahamic religions. In the English language, the word generally refers to God in Islam.

Sincere believer who always obeys Allah, the Prophet and Ahlul Bayt is mentioned in a Hadeeth narrated from Imam Al-Baqir (AS): The angles are the servants of the believers. (Al-Kaafi 2:33).

The main question is who is the real believer who has this degree? Is it enough to think or claim to be a believer? Or it needs real practical evidence?

You can share with angles some of their deeds which are mentioned in Quran like:

1. Reciting Salawaat (ALLAHUMMA SALLI ALA MUHAMMAD WA AALI MUHAMMAD) as we read in Quran (33:56) :Verily, Allah and His angles recite Salawaat on the Prophet. When you repeat reciting the Salawaat, you will sharing this noble deed with the angles.

2. Seeking forgiveness for the other believers, as we read in Quran (Sura 42, verse 5): and the angles glorify the praises of their Lord and seek forgiveness for those on the earth.

3. Glorifying and praising Allah (Sura 39 : verse 75).

4. Prostration to Allah (Sojood). (Sura 38, verse 73).

5. Avoiding sin. (Sura 16, verse 50.

6. Being humble (Sura 16, verse 49).

7. Cursing the enemies of Allah. ( Sura 3, verse 87).

I would suggest you read this hadith from Imam Ali (a.s.):

Almighty God gave Angels intellect without desires, He gave animals desires without intellect, and He gave both (intellect and desire) to Humans. So a person whose intellect prevails over their desires becomes better than the Angels, whilst one whose desires prevails over his intellect is worse than the animals.

No believer lives with out been tested. Allah says in Quran : Did people think that they will be left with out tests? (Sura 29: 2).

Even being in easy life is a test by itself whether we thank Allah and appreciate His bounties or not.

When you feel that you have no difficulties, you need to thank Allah and seek from Him to protect you from unexpected hardships.

Mazhar of Allah are Allah's most humble Infallible servants who don't do nor say nor think but only what Allah wants. The Infallible personalities in Islam are fourteen; the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA), Imam Ali (AS), Lady Fatima (SA) , Imam Hasan (AS), Imam Husain (AS), Imam Sajjad (AS), Imam Muhammad Al-Baqir (AS), Imam Ja'far Al-Sadiq (AS), Imam Musa Al-Kadhim (AS), Imam Ali Al-Ridha (AS), Imam Muhammad Al-Jawad (AS), Imam Ali Al-Hadi (AS), Imam Hasan Al-Askari (AS) and Imam Al-Mahdi (AS).

All of them are the most humble servants of Allah. There is no characterization at all when we believe that Allah's most humble servants reflect in their acts and words whatever Allah wants.. There are His most humble servants and never part of Him nor similar to Him. We read in Quran about Allah: There is Nothing like Him.( Sura 42, Verse 11).

We believe that all Muslim sects including Ismailis are Muslims but we believe in and follow in faith and Shariah whatever the Prophet and his Holy Progeny said.

Allah (SWT) Created the Ka'ba in Macca and made it the first Home of worship  for all mankind. (Verily, the first home made for mankind is that which is in Makkah, full of blessings anf guidance to all the worlds) Sura 3, verse 96.

Ka'bah is the central point on this earth confirmed by many modern scientists. Quran says that the whole world is surrounding Macca (Sura Al-An'aam, verse 92 and Sura Sura 42, verse 7).

Greatest prophets were sent in the Middle East because it was the most populated area at their times. Most Islamic events were in Middle East because of the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) and his Holy Progeny lived in that part of the world near the Ka'bah.

Nevertheless, prophets were sent to all human beings where ever they lived as we read in Quran: Verily, We have sent you with the truth, bearing glad tidings and a Warner, and there never was a nation but a Warner has been sent to them. (Sura 36, verse 24).

One hundred and twenty four thousand prophets were sent all over the world to guide human beings living in every part of the world. That is from the Justice and Mercy of Allah on all mankind.

In our Shi'i belief, there is only one female who has 'ismah (infallibility), and that is Seyyidah Fatimah al-Zahraa (a.s.).

There are different dimensions to your question and answer, and I have covered it in a presentation which in shaa Allah could assist in answering your question:

Wearing Aqeeq is recommended according to authentic Hadeeths. It is not Shirk at all to wear Aqeeq because we never think that the Aqeeq is partner of Allah in any way. Allah kept certain benefits in certain things in His creatures. Benefits of wearing Aqeeq is a gift from Allah.

Allah Can never be seen neither in this world not hereafter as He said in Quran : Eyes can never see Him. (Sura Al-An'aam, Verse 103.)

When Prophet Moosa (AS) begged to Allah to let him see Him, Allah replied him: You will never see Me. (Sura Al-A'raaf, Verse 143.

It is good to be a scholar, and it is good to be a doctor. Society needs people do to all the different jobs, or else it wouldn't function. Ideally, it is good for you to do the job that you are most talented at and most committed to.

It is narrated that the Prophet (S) said: ‘Knowledge is of two categories:
knowledge of religions and knowledge of the physical body.’ So this narration celebrates and values both kinds of knowledge (religious and medical).

(Of course there are other important jobs and fields of study as well!)

As you know, there are many narrations from the Prophet (S) and Ahl al-Bayt (A) about various medical ailments, so it was clearly a subject that was important to them. So inshallah you are also following in their footsteps by being a doctor.

Qur'an 2:7 says: "Allah has set a seal upon their hearts and upon their hearing, and there is a covering over their eyes"

This refers to the loss of the ability to perceive the truth, especially about matters of the divine, truth, or right and wrong. (It does not refer to physical seeing and hearing, but rather seeing and hearing as metaphorical faculties for understanding. Similarly, the heart here is understood as a spiritual organ which perceives the truth.)

Although the verse attributes the sealing of the heart and ears to Allah, it is generally understood to mean that human beings bring this upon themselves through repeated transgression and obduracy against the truth, or denying the truth for personal gain. For instance, in the time of the Prophet (S), some of his enemies were trying to kill him or torturing the Muslims. Over time, this eats away at the capability of the heart (or other faculties) to perceive the truth, until it becomes blocked.

The verse does not specify who is covering their eyes, only that they are covered, and this suggests that they themselves are drawing blinders over their ability to perceive. (In the time of the Prophet (S), some people did this directly - for instance, plugging their ears when around the Prophet (S); today, some people do this by intentionally only going to media websites which reflect their views and ideologies and refusing to consider that they could be wrong.)

Some people who hold there is a reality to deeds in the unseen world would say that the performance of certain transgressions leaves an impact on the spiritual heart - that is to say, people plug up their hearts (ears, etc) through wrong deeds, just like one might plug up a drain over a long time through running detritus through it and not cleaning it out (through repentance and good acts).

So it is a matter of cause and effect, or action and reaction, based on our own free will.

However, Allah is the ultimate doer of all acts and all chains of cause and effect ultimately go back to Allah since Allah is the ultimate power in the universe. Furthermore, all things happen with Allah's permission and within the framework of what the divine decree allows, as well as the physical and spiritual laws of the universe. So for these reasons, the sealing is attributed to Allah.

As for whether Allah intends for all of us to go to heaven... as one of the few creatures around us with free will, heaven and hell are possibilities for all of us, although we can be certain of Allah's justice, and hope for Allah's mercy and the intercession of the Prophet (S) and awliya (A).

Sorry to hear about your situation.

Allah is not angry with you. You sound like you are sincere and have a good heart, and these are the things that are important. Sometimes these thoughts pop up by themselves, or sometimes they are from shayateen. The best thing to do is just let the thoughts come and go on their own and remember that Allah does not blame us for things that are outside our control. Sometimes when we try not to think something, we end up thinking about it more. Also just do the salat as best as you can. You could also see if praying in a different location (like mosque, workplace, park, friend's house, etc) helps.

If you have some specific reason why you are upset with Allah (for instance, some people are upset when they lose a job, divorce, etc., as they blame Allah), this is something that is good to work through personally and spend some time sitting with Allah and doing dua or contemplating about to make peace about.

We have lots of ups and downs in our religious life, inshallah you will get through this too.
