Salah (Prayers)

Salah ("worship", ‏صلاة‎; pl. ‏صلوات‎ ṣalawāt; also salat), or namāz (Persian: نَماز‎) in some languages, is one of the Five Pillars in the faith of Islam and an obligatory religious duty for every Muslim (Male & Female, with certain exemptions based on Taqwa). It is a physical, mental, and spiritual act of worship that is observed five times every day at prescribed times.

This question comes in performing every religious duty on us as we need to be sure that we do it the correct way. The way to be sure that you follow the most authentic narrations and most authentic Islamic divine leaders among all the different narrations and different leaders. Sunni sects follow Abu Hanifa or Al-Shafi’ or Malik or Ibn Hanbal or Ibn Taymiyyah. Nine of them ever met the Prophet Muhammad or heard from him as all of them were born long after the demise of the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA). Shia Muslims follow the divine leaders from Ahlul Bayt (AS) who lived with the Prophet and narrated the real Sunnah of the Prophet and the real Tafseer of Quranic verses. Following Ahlul Bayt (AS) means following the Prophetic Islam.

If you performed Friday Prayer with the valid Friday Prayer that started their Takbiratul Ehraam before other Friday prayers in the radius of one Farrakhan,  then your prayer is valid. If you started Takbiratul Ehraam after any other valid Friday Prayer then you need to perform Dhuhr or it's Qadha if it's time has gone.

The obligatory acts of Salah of man and woman are same, except reciting in Fajr, Maghrib and Isha where man should recite with clear voice and woman should whisper. There are few recommended acts for woman and another few recommended acts for man which are mentioned in the narration.

The Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) did combine Zohr and Asr, and Maghrib and Isha Prayers. It is mentioned even in Sunni books of Hadeeth like Bukhari and Muslim.

'It is also allowed to separate the Prayers. Missing reward of the Jama;AH is not a small loss.

!- The Mercy of Allah is much greater than our imagination, so seek His Mercy and be hopeful that Allah will never let down any servant who sincerely seeks His Mercy.
2- Never think hopeless even after being away from Allah and keep in mind that the gates of the Mercy of Allah are always open.

3- Seek forgiveness and sincerely beg to Allah to Help you to be away from evil.

4-Start re doing your missed Prayers gradually as much as you can. Allah will Help you as far as you seek His Help.

5. Seek the intercession {Shafa’ah) of the Prophet and his Ahlul Bayt (AS). Their intercession has a great value in front of Allah (SWT).
