Everyone has different methods of self-growth, different approaches to life, and philosophies. Sometimes, someone that may be intent on following a certain path, or programme of self-development, may not see the limitations of that approach from the perspective of their spouse, who cannot follow the same programme, due to the limitations that they see, or issues with the approach.

I am not saying that this is your situation, but I have seen it in some cases. Be careful not to alienate your spouse in focusing upon your inner work, as marriage is also a part of that inner work. The challenges between two people are often what actually forces a person to grow, and to mature.

The danger comes if someone actively tries to undermine you. That is a totally different situation, and would call into question the foundation of the marriage, but if they are allowing you space, even though not actively on the same page as you, then you can work towards what you have in common as friends and allies.

There needs to be a balance between both people: both allowing some space for the way the other person is, while also bearing in mind each other's obligations.

Don't expect them to follow your programme - perhaps they have a viewpoint that could be beneficial to you, which you can't see at the moment.

These are just suggestions, as I don't know your personal situation.

This is a reference to the premodern medical theory of the four humours, which dates back to Aristotle. The idea behind this is that an imbalance in the four humours could lead to being unwell or different types of temperament.

As for variances between the seasons, I think this originates in a couple pre-existing models (which are not necessarily separate); that is to say, the text interacts with the ideas of the time and does not present something new. One is that, in traditional Chinese medicine, there are different recommendations for different times of the year. A somewhat less complex system is found in some countries (for instance, "hot" and "cold" foods), but I suspect it may simply be an idea that spread regionally and that is referenced here. The other is that, in the premodern era, medicine was often tied to astrology, and monthly recommendations can also be seen in this light.

May Allah always grant you good health!

Short selling is permissible as far as you deal with shares of companies engaged in lawful business only and not indulged in unlawful activities like usury, alcohol, gambling, etc.

‘When you buy a share for a short while, you will own that share for that short period, then sell it.

Those humble servants of Allah (SWT) who want to worship Allah not for seeking reward or fearing punishment but just because Allah is entitled to be worshiped, need to think more about the Great bounties of Allah on them, and His Great Tributes. This can make them love Allah more and worship Him out if loving Him as He is The Real Entitled to be worshiped.

They learn from the Prophet and Ahlul Bayt who are the bast servants of Allah, the steps and degrees of sincere worship of Allah (SWT).

Ibrahim ibn Malik Al-Ashraf was a pious and sincere follower of Ahlul Bayt (AS) like his father Malik Al-Ashtar who was for Ameerul Mo’mineen like Ameerul Mo;minuend was for the Prophet (SAWA).

Ibrahim ibn Malik Al-Ashtar had two choices after the martyrdom of Al-Mukhtar; either to join Bani Umayyah forces or to join Mus’ab ibn Al-Zubair forces. He did not want to join Bani Umayyah at any cost and under any circumstances. Mus’ab ibn Al-Zubair was less evil than Bani Umayyah and he was fighting against them.

Temporary marriage is conducted in the modern era just like permanent marriage is conducted with slight differences between the temporary and permanent marriage. Both types of marriage need agreement between both man and woman, woman should not be presently married or during Iddah period. Mahr (Dowry) is must from the man to the woman. Permanent marriage end on valid divorce or death, while temporary marriage ends in the end of the agreed period of it or by leaving the remaining period by the husband.

'In temporary marriage, both man and woman agree on a period of the marriage as well as the Mahr of the marriage. She tell him: Zawwajtoka Nafsi ALAL Mahril Ma'loom lilmuddatil Ma'loomah. He replies her: Qabiltu Al-Tazweej LINAFSI lilmuddatil Ma'loomah ALAL Mahril Ma;loom.

Islam did not come to force people to believe in it. Allah Says in Quran: The is compulsion in religion. (Sura 2, verse 256).

The Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) did not initiate wars on people to force the on Islam.

Wars during the government of Saqeefah rules were mostly politically motivated.
