Feeding Kaffara must be given as food to poor believer and not cash. If you don't have access to ooor believers where you live, you can send the Kaffara to other places where poor believers can be fed.

Food banks usually give food to public with out the condition of faith, that is why, it is not allowed to give Kaffara to them, but you can give them general charity or donation for feeding general public.

Kaffara of breaking an with is feeding ten poor believers or clothing them. Feeding  must be given in food not cash, to poor believers. It can not be given to food banks who give everyone from every faith. You can give the amount to any trusted Muslim charity or person who buys and distributes food for poor believers only.

No Kaffara is required in such case because Makkah is part of the Haram area and leaving the pebbles in Makkah is enough and you don’t need to take it to Muna.

If ejaculation happens completely unintentionally then no Kaffara.

Yes, you must still do the qadha' of the fasting days you missed out on, and kaffarah will not substitute that.

Bismillah
In Surah Baqara verse no. 225 we read:

لَا يُؤَاخِذُكُمُ اللَّهُ بِاللَّغْوِ فِي أَيْمَانِكُمْ وَلَٰكِنْ يُؤَاخِذُكُمْ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ قُلُوبُكُمْ ۗ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ حَلِيمٌ

Allah will not take you to task for what is unconsidered in your oaths, but He will take you to task for what your hearts have incurred, and Allah is all-forgiving, all-forbearing.

So as it is apparent from your question, you have no real intention of swearing by God's name and it's just on your tongue, so there's no need to pay Kaffarah for that.
Of course it is better to try hard to quit this habit

Fulfilling the Nadhr النذر is obligatory and not fulfilling it is a sinful act even if you pay the penalty. The penalty of breaking the Nadhr is feeding ten poor believers or clothing them but if he could not afford it, then fasting three days.

'Proper oath اليمين must be fulfilled. Penalty of breaking the oath is same as above.

Kaffara can be paid any time but with out negligence. Kaffara of deliberately not fasting a day of month of Ramadan is feeding sixty poor believers or fasting two months. If you could not fast due to health reasons, you need to pay Fidyah not Kaffara. Fidyah is feeding one poor believer for every day.
