رواه بقوله: عامر بن ليلى بن ضمرة. أورده أبوالعباس ابن عقدة روى عبد الله بن سنان، عن أبي الطفيل عامر بن واثلة عن حذيفة بن ‏أسيد الغفاري وعامر بن ليلى بن ضمرة قالا: لما صدر رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم من حجة الوداع - ولم يحج غيرها - أقبل حتى ‏إذا كان بالجحفة، وذلك يوم غدير خم من الجحفة - وله بها مسجد معروف - فقال: أيها الناس إنه قد نبأني اللطيف الخبير، أنه لم ‏يعمر نبي إلا نصف عمر الذين قبله، وإني يوشك أن أدعى فأجيب، ثم ذكر الحديث إلى أن قال: فأخذ بيد علي فرفعها وقال: من كنت ‏مولاه فهذا مولاه، اللهم وال من والاه وعاد من عاداه، وذكر الحديث، قال أبوموسى: هذا حديث غريب جدا، لا أعلم أني كتبته إلا ‏من رواية ابن سعيد. أخرجه أبوموسى.‏
