وسئل عن حديث عميرة ابن سعد عن علي عن النبي من كنت مولاه فعلي مولاه. فقال: هو حديث يرويه طلحة ابن مصرف وزبيد ‏الايامي عن عميرة ابن سعد، فرواه محمد ابن طلحة ابن مصرف وهاني ابن أيوب عن طلحة عن عميرة ابن سعد. وكذلك قال ابن ‏الأجلح عن أبيه عن طلحة. وقال أبو بكر ابن عياش عن الأجلح عن طلحة عن عميرة ابن مهاجر. وقال زبيد الأيامي عن عميرة ابن ‏فلان. والصواب عميرة ابن سعد. وروى هذا الحديث الزبير ابن عدي عن عمير ابن سعيد عن علي. ولعله أراد عميرة ابن سعد أو ‏غيره.‏
