Núr al-Dín `Alí, Abú al-Fa_l al-Sháfi`í, Unidentified edition, , p. 133 ] Sa`íd was reliable, trustworthy, a jurist (faqíh) from the third [>abaqah]. He was killed in front of al-\ajjáj [b. Yúsuf al-Thaqafí] in 95 AH when he was not even fifty years of age.
