I cleaned a table soiled with semen: I removed the substance and then used a little water from a bottle to spread it, but I’m not sure if that water touched other surfaces. How should I consider the table and the other surfaces? Is this enough?

After removing the Najis substance, you should pour water on the surface where the Najis item was, not all other surfaces of the table.

If you are not sure that water did reach the Najis surface,bayou need to purify it again.

What is the correct procedure for purifying an impure surface like a table or floor that I can't run under running water in the bathroom? Do I use wet wipes or sponges? And does it depend on the impure substance?

After removing the Najis substance, pour little water on the Najis surface then wipe it, then again pour little water on it then wipe it. It becomes Taahir.

I washed a Najis cloth by pouring water three times without rinsing, thinking it became pure. I then touched items with the wet cloth. Now that I know the proper method of purification, are those items I touched considered Najis?

If the water you poured was Qaleel ( Less then 384 liters) ) then it is still Najis, but if the water poured was Kurr (384 liters or more) or tab or current water, then the clothes are Taahir.

If it is water resistant, you cannot do wudhu with it. As for a fake tan, as long as it is not "water-proof", you can do wudhu over it.

The criterion is water reaching the skin, for wudhu and for ghusl.

If a container of cat food was washed under tap water, causing spills, and some small amount of water was added to purify it without removing the impurity, does that make the sink area impure?

When tap water is used and the Najis item (A'yn al-Najasah) is removed then there is no question of impurity remains. Cat food by itself is not necessarily Najis unless it contains Najis ingradeint.

What is the recommended way to perform Ghusl in a small bathroom where water might spill?

Simply, make water reach your head and face and neck then your right side of your body, then the left side of your body. Obviously after having in your heart the intention of Ghusl for the sake of Allah (SWT).

The seat of my chair, made of porous wood with a small piece of fabric pinned on it, is Najis. I cannot take it to the bathroom or place it under running water. What is the correct way to purify it?

If the Najis fabric is from pork or dog or non Halal animal skin, then there is no way to clean or purify such material. If the Najis fabric is not Najis Al-A'yn, then you can wash it with water and make it Taahir.

A few years ago I realized that I do not wipe off my body and massage on scalp while performing Wajib Ghusl to make sure water reaches everywhere. Does this mean my Ghusl is invalid? If so, does that invalidate all my Ibadah as well?

Your Ghusl is valid because wiping off your body and massage on the scalp is not obligatory during Ghusl.

What is the recommended amount of water for performing Wudu? I often question the validity of my Wudu and end up repeating it several times, which harms my hair and skin. How can I ensure I am doing it correctly without causing damage?

The Hadeeth narrated from the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) states: الوضوء بِمُدٍّ والغُسلُ بِصاع) Wudhu is with one Mudd (750 ml of water) and Ghusl is with one Saa' (3litres of water. Wasting water in Wudhu is not good and some Ulama said that it is Haraam.

If you repeat your Wudhu because repeated doubt, you must refrain from that and ignore the repeated doubts.

If you are not sure that the food was been touched by a Mushrik with wetness, then you can take as Taahir, but if you are that it was definitely been touched by a Mushrik with wetness, then you must avoid consuming it.
