Not every Haraam food is Najis, although every Najis food is Haraam, but many Haraam food is not Najis like fish without scales, shells, crab etc. Najis food is like pork, meat of animal killed in wrong way, and any food which was touch with witness by a Mushrik or Kafir.

According to many scholars, one should completely avoid serving alcohol and pork meat. Some other scholars such as Sayed Muhammad Shirazi, stated that one can serve pork only to non-Muslims. You would need to check this with your marja to see what their ruling is.

If the vaccination is taken orally to the stomach, then is not allowed if you are sure that it contains pork gelatine. If it is taken as injection or drops which does go to the stomach directly, then it is allowed.
