Yes, there would not be any problem, as long as it is in the area a woman is allowed to show, and not a part of her hijab, and there is no other haram act involved, like lust, etc.

It is allowed to go for cosmetic procedures as far as it is not harmful for health and female is practicing her full Hijab. Muslim female is required to avoid showing her beauty to non Mahram males.

Examining and doing medical procedures while studying to become a registered nurse or a doctor, being a part of the training required to reach that position is absolutely permitted.
