I had stolen toys from two or three shops in my childhood. As a grown adult now is it obligatory for me to pay them back? If yes, can I pay them without letting them know the reason?

You must return those items or its value to the original owner of the shop or to his heirs. You don't need to tell them the reason.

Ramadan . Bulugh . Fidya . Kaffara . Sawm (Fasting) . Qadha
I broke some fast of Ramadan in the early days of my Bulugh. I have already done the Qaza for them. Do I also need to give Fidya and Kaffara as well?

If you deliberately broke any the fast of any day of the month of Ramadan, you need to pay Kaffara beside Qaza and Istighfaar. Kaffara for every day of broken or deliberately missed fast is feeding sixty poor believers. Feeding means giving them one meal of food or at least 750 grams of wheat or rice or any food item.

If broke the fast  with out knowing that it is obligatory on you to fast, then just Qaza of the fast is enough.

Bulugh is the state when a human being passes the state of childhood which has no responsibility of obligatory acts, to the state of maturity when responsibility starts on him or her to fulfill the obligatory acts and avoid Forbidden acts.

Bulugh is the most important development in human beings' life as they leave the state of childhood and enter the state of being a mature human being with all the rights and duties of mature persons. Bulugh is the condition in every obligatory act with out which it is not obligatory, and it is the condition for the right to control your wealth and decide your life important issues.
