Surat al-Duha

Al-Ḍuḥā (Arabic: الضحى, "The Morning Hours", "Morning Bright", "The Early Hours") is the ninety-third chapter (surah) of the Qur'an, with 11 āyat or verses. Qur'an 93 takes its name from Arabic its opening word, al-ḍuḥā, "the morning".
The chapter begins with oaths.

Can Surah al-Duha and Surah al-Inshirah be combined together in prayer in one Rakaa after al-Fatiha? If so, do we have to say Bismillah before starting the second one?

If you recite Sura Al-Dhuha in your Prayer, you must recite along with it Sura Al-Inshirah because these two Suras are considered as one Sura in the Prayer. You must recite Bismillah Arrahman Arraheem for every Sura of them.

Same rule is for reciting Sura Quraish and Sura Al-Feel after Sura Al-Hamd in the Prayer.
