Ziyarat Ashura is one of greatest recitations narrated from Ahlul Bayt (AS). It was narrated through authentic chain of narrators from Imam Muhammad Al-Baqir (AS). It has great benefits in solving problems and getting us peaceful and successful life here and hereafter. Many of our great scholars, including Grand Ayatullah Na'eeni, the teacher of Ayatullah Khoei, said that its benefits are more than any other recitation which he knows.

We have authentic narrations that Imam Al-Mahdi (AS) advised sincere believers not to miss Ziyarat Ashura nor Night Prayer nor Ziyarat Al-Jami'ah.

Ziyarat Ashura does not need a special method to be performed. It is recommended to perform Wudhu, face the direction of Karbala and recite it.

It is very useful to gift the reward of it to the Infallible Ahlul Bayt and your parents and relatives and all the Mo'mineen and Mo'minaat who are alive or deceased. This will make your reward much greater.

Wassalam.

The Islamic rules applies on every medical field. Female doctor is not allowed to touch nor look at the private parts of both male or female except when it is urgent for life saving.

Muslim doctors should treat every human being who needs treatment. Muslims should not take part in changing gender because Allah Created human beings either in male or female (O, mankind, We Created you from male and female) Sura Al-Hujuraat, verse 13.

You should not help killing embryos in Abortion except to save the life of the mother.

You should not help in any medical procedure which helps sinners or encourages sinning.

It means that the reward of the good deed is more when it is more difficult.

It is extremely important to be ambitious and have good career prospects, wanting to be the best in your field and interests. However, if you do not live in an Islamic country that places boundaries between genders, then the occupation you choose must be well thought of, due to the shar'i issues that could arise.

Handling, or touching a non-mahram (on their skin) is haram, unless in necessary or emergency cases. If you become a chiropractor, are you able to work only with people of your gender? Are you able to decline clients who are of opposite gender? Are you able to wear gloves?

These are some of many scenarios that you will need to think of when you select a career. Obviously, it is not just in this field, but in a lot of other areas where there is physical contact, or seeing, etc.

And Allah knows best.

It is not allowed to consume any food or medicine which contains alcohol. This is the verdict of majority of our scholars. According to Ayatullah Sistani, if the percentage of alcohol in the medicine or food is very small that it does not cause intoxication then it might be permissible to consume it.

If the 40 years of fasting that they missed was with a valid excuse, then all they need to do is pay a 'fidya' for each day. A fidyah is 3/4 of a kilo of food, given to poor.

If they did not have an excuse, then they must:

1. Repent to Allah ta'ala.

2. Pay kaffarah for each day. Kaffarah is feeding of 60 poor people (most common option).

3. Write in their will that they have this amount of qadha' fasting to be done once they die, either by their next of kin, or they pay someone who will fast as qadha` on their behalf.

Furthermore, from this holy month of Ramadhan, because they cannot fast, they can pay the fidyah.

And Allah knows best.
