There is no specific period between Tashahhud and Salaam as both should be recited simultaneously. Du'a is always permissible during any part of Salah including Tashahhud and Salaam or between them. We have narrated supplications with Tashahhud. The Du'a can be short or long but it should not take you away from the Salah situation.

Secretly investigating personal matters has different types, not all of them are permissible. It is not permissible in Islam to spy on others even on matters which you don't like or don't accept unless it is a criminal matter which victimises others. Husband and wife are not allowed to spy on one another unless there a reasonable possibility of a criminal or Haraam act which can be stopped or prevented by such investigation.

If you are doing qadha' for shahr Ramadhan fasting, you are allowed to terminate your fasting and break-off from it, anytime in the morning, until zawal, or salat dhuhr time.

You are not allowed to break your qadha' fasting anytime after dhuhr. If you do, there is a kaffarah.

This is different to Mustahab fast, where you can break your mustahab fast anytime, before dhuhr, or after dhuhr.

And Allah knows best

You must free her for the remaining period, then do the permanent Nikah. You say to her "I free you for the remaining period," then she becomes non mahram, and then you can do the Nikah. She does not need to observe 'iddah period as well, because she was with the same person, yourself.

And Allah knows best

Allah (SWT) Knows the destiny of every one from us, but He ordered us to follow and obey the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) as we read in Quran : (Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger and your divine leaders)(AhlulBayt).(Sura 4, verse 59).

Those who obey Allah and His Messenger will win a great win. (Sura 33, verse 71).

We follow Quran and Ahlul Bayt (AS) after the Prophet (SAWA) as he has clearly ordered every Muslim to keep following Quran and Ahlul Bayt. ( Saheeh Muslim 7:123, Sunan Al-Tirmithi  5: 329. Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4:267,  Al-Mutadrak ALAL Saheehain by Al-Haakim al-Nisabouri 3L110, Sunan Al-Daarimi 432, Sunan al-Bayhaqi 2:148 and Musannaf ibn Abi Shaibah 7: 418.

The twelve Infallible Imams are the successors of The Best human being, Muhammad (SAWA) who is the Most humble servant of Allah (SWT). Allah Grants special powers to His Most humble servants as we read in the Hadeeth Qodsi ( O My servant, obey Me, I will make you like me, you say to something: Be, it will be.عبدي أطعني تكن مثلي، تقول للشيء كن فيكون.

This gift has been given to prophets like Easa who was able to bring dead back to life, as well as deputies of the prophets like Aasif ibn Barkhis ( deputy of Sulaiman) who brought the throne of Bilqees from Yemen to Palestine in less than an eye blink.
The status of the Infallible Imams comes from the status of the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) as we read in Quran: A Progeny, wvery part if it is from the other part ذُرِّيَّةً بعضُها من بعض

The Prophet Muhammed (SAWA) has the greatest gifts from Allah,v then his Progeny Ahlul Bayt (AS) who are part from him . There is no question of any act from any of gifted servants of Allah, away from Allah (SWT). Every act from them is by permission from Allah because they are constantly and continuously  with Allah (SWT). The Hadeeth states: Verily, Allah Has made the hearts of the Imams, a place of His Will, so, whatever He wants, they will want. إنَّ اللهَ جعل قلوبَ الأئمة موضعا لمشيئته فإذا شاء شيئا شاءوه

Everything they want is exactly what Allah Wants.
