yes, it is allowed and it actually helps to better memorize more parts of the Qur'an. Imami ulama however do not allow during salat the recitation of verses that require an obligatory sajdah while other ulama do it by allowing the obligatory sajdah during the qiyam.

With prayers for your success.

there are ahadith stating that the prayer for the one who have consumed wine will not be accepted for forty days. There is no mention in those ahadith that his dhikr or du'a won't be accepted and actually it is said that such practices can accompany Muslims in all circumstances of life.

In the mentioned case, the person should also not forget to do istighfar and ask forgiveness for the sin that he committed. If he sincerely repents and has resolution of not committing the sin anymore,  Allah is certainly All-Forgiving.

With prayers for your success.

our relationship with Allah should be based on worship and servitude. Concentration may be a part of worship but it is not its finality because to focus on ideas and meanings, as lofty as they may be, can be in some cases a form of distraction from the One to Whom our worship is directed. There is a fundamental element in worship distinguished from different forms of exercises and concentration. Mere concentration may improve our capability of meditation on an object but may not be classified as real worship. That is why sometimes worship has been compared to a lover admiring his loved one without focusing on what he is saying to him.

If our intention is to satisfy Allah, we won't have any ambition to reach a particular state or stage and that is when the heart get ready to receive more favors and grace from his Lord. In other words, a pure intention, attitude and lifestyle in the light of the teachings of Islam are often more effective than alienating yourself trying to grasp something behind single moments through basic concentration.

there is no problem in drawing pictures of non-living creatures like trees. As far as pictures of living creatures like animals and human beings, it is permissible to draw them but they should not be put in front of a Musalli when he is praying in the direction of the qiblah. It is also disliked to have such pictures in a place dedicated to worship, especially a Masjid.

daily recitation of Qur'an is good for the spiritual and mental development of the child insh'Allah. The supplication of Imam al-Sajjad, peace be upon him, for his children that can be found in the al-Sahifah al-Sajjadiyyah (dua number 25) has some good words for the protection of children from difficulties.

The company with good-hearted people that avoid too much formalities but are able to give real love is also very important in the mentioned case. Be aware of people who do vain talks and spiteful comments but look for people and families who are sincerely committed to the Din of Islam and purity of heart.

With prayers for your success.

The Qur'an says:

"...and do not mix truth with falsehood" (2:42)

"...and speak kindly to people" (2:83)

"...and speak to them honorable words" (4:5).

"Allah does not like the broadcasting of anyone's evil in speech except by someone who has been wronged" (4:148)

"Do not abuse those whom they invoke besides Allah, lest they should abuse Allah out of hostility" (6:108)

"And when you speak be fair" (6:152)

"Indeed the hearing, the eyesight and the heart: all of these are accountable" (17:36).

"Tell My servants to speak in a manner which is the best" (17:53)

"Avoid false speech" (22:30)

"Lower your voice, indeed the ugliest of voices is the donkey's voice" (31:19).

"O you who have faith! Be wary of Allah and speak upright words" (33:70)

"How regrettable of the servants! There did not come to them any messenger but that they used to deride him" (36:30)

"O you who have faith! Let not any people ridicule another people: it may be that they are better than they are; nor let women ridicule women: it may be that they are better than they are. And do not defame one another, nor insult one another by nicknames. An evil name is transgression after faith! And whoever is not penitent, such are the wrongdoers" (49:11)

"Do not spy or backbite one another. Will any one of you love to eat the flesh of his dead brother?" (49:12).

With prayers for your success.

this opinion of some Maraji' is based on ahadith like the followings:

It has been reported that the Prophet, peace be upon him and his family, said: "There is no Riba between us and the people who fight us".

It has been reported that Imam Sadiq, peace be upon him, said: "There is no Riba between a Muslim and a Dhimmi".

On the other hand, we find hadith like:

It has been reportes that it was asked to Imam al-Baqir, peace be upon him, "Is there any Riba between me and the polytheists"? The Imam answered: "Yes".

All the above-mentioned ahadith can be found in the book "Wasa'il al-Shi'ah" by Shaykh  Hurr al-'Amili.

Another evidence is given by the fact that taking the money from a non-Muslim with mutual consent is allowed by consensus; therefore the interest taken from a non-Muslims should fall in the same category.

However Riba is one of the major sins and it is categorically condemned in the Qur'an and sahih ahadith with no exceptions. That is why you may find ulama that have opted for a more precautionary stance not allowing Riba in its absolute sense.

if the intention is the betterment of one's own physical and mental well-being, in a halal environment, it is good and beneficial insh'Allah, especially for those who have a sedentary work. However if the aim is showing-off and vanity, it is not advisable.

several ahadith discourage divorce to the point that has been said: "The most hated from what is lawful is divorce". Sometimes divorce is necessary but this usually should take place as a last resort after consulting wise people and attempts of reconciliation. In the case of divorce the husband may accept the separation on his wife's request in return of a payment that she may take or detract from her mahr. This practice is called "khul'ah"

If the situation become islamically unbearable for the wife, she can consult an Islamic Judge that may decide a divorce to take place. Some of the cases that leads an Islamic Judge to such decision are the followings:

1) Refusal of the husband to pay his wife's maintenance.

2) Unacceptable behavior from the husband that unjustifiably hurts and/or abuse his wife physically or emotionally.

3) Lack of religiosity of the husband to the point that becomes unbearable for the wife to continue to live with him.

In any case, it should not be a hasty decision but very pondered one with continuous prayers and appealing to Allah asking for the best outcome.

With prayers for your success.

Allah has created the night so that people may better rest and sleep. It is advisable to sleep in the first part of the night and not to go to sleep too late. There are some exceptions in certain days of the year or in relation to certain acts like seeking knowledge and reading the Qur'an. However generally speaking, the believer is not advised to stay awake an amount of time that would weaken his body or psychological state for salat al-layl, salat al-fajr or his daily commitments. Every person needs to adjust their timetable according to their situations and not necessarily sleeping less tantamount to lack of piety.

Having said that, sleeping too much is undesirable. To cut oversleeping habits, it is advisable to pray salat al-fajr as soon as the time enter and not fall asleep after it. If the body gets too tired by not sleeping enough in the morning, it is recommended to sleep a little in the middle of the day.

"They ask you about the Ruh. Say:- The Ruh is from the command of my Lord-. Little is the knowledge that you have been given" (17:85).

The term is often used in Arabic language to indicate what makes bodies alive and therefore we may talk about specific mineral's ruh, vegetal's ruh, animal ruh, human's ruh, etc..

From the Qur'an we understand it is a creation that Allah attributes directly to Himself. For example it is said: "I am to create a man from clay. And when I have fashioned him and I have blown in him My spirit, then fall in prostration" (38:71-72). Here, the creation of the physical man (bashar) has been linked to clay but it was only after the blowing of the Ruh from the Almighty that the angels fell into prostration: "So the angels prostrated one and all" (38:73).

Some exegetes have also linked the Ruh to angelic forces or angels themselves.
