Semen does not come after urination but it gushes out in ejaculation. There is a white liquid which comes after ruination called Wathi وذي which is not Najis and does not need any Ghusl.

That fluid which comes out after urinating is not semen but Wathi وذي. Wathi is not Najis. No Ghusl is required for such fluid coming out.

In our jurisprudence, semen of any sort is najis, and therefore it cannot be consumed, and it is haram to do so.
In this case, if she has done so intentionally, then she must repent to Allah ta'ala. If it was not intentional, then there is nothing for her to do.
In both cases, her prayers and other acts of worship are valid and accepted, as long as they are done in the correct and valid way.

Mazi مذي is not Najis according to many authentic Hadeeths, e.g. Saheehat Al-Husain Ibn Abi Al-Alaa' who said: I asked Aba Abdillah ( Al-Sadiq (AS) about Mazi المذي when it touches a cloth, he said: No harm لا بأس . This and many Hadeeths in this regard are in Wasa'il al-Shia, 3:426.

You must be sure that you have completely removed the semen مني . No Najis item can be made Taahir before removing Nijasah عين النجاسة
Stickiness usually means there are some remaining of the semen on your body, unless you applied sticky material like shampoo etc.
If you become sure that you have removed and washed away the semen, then it will enough for you.
