It depends on the father's statement whether he meant giving her the full choice to marry whom ever she selects in Nikah or Mut'ah marriage.

If he was meaning permanent marriage Nikah only, then she still needs her  father's permission for Mut'ah.

Step-dad of your husband in non Mahram to you and to your daughters. If he has a real son who can enter with you in a verbal temporary marriage contract for a short while with out consummating it , that will make his father (the step-dad) Mahram to you and your daughters. If that verbal contract is done with your daughter, his real father ( the step-father) will be Mahram to your daughter.

Bismillah,

Asalamu Alaykom,

If your marja and her marja require the father's permission, then you cannot contract the mutah marriage. The majority of maraja state that a Virgin girl must seek the father's permission for any type of marriage. You should perhaps try to get permanently married and try to convince the father to accept.

He may see that temporary marriage is not in the benefit of his daughter and that permanent marriage is more in her favor. This is usually the case as some sisters may do mutah thinking the man will later on permanently marry them but this does not happen and it can make it hard for her to later permanently marry due to the views of her Muslim Community and society

May Allah grant you success

Husband's rights overrides parents' rights when both demand contradict. Wife must fulfill the rights of her husband after obeying Allah (SAWA). She has to always keep respecting and being nice to her parents.

Temporary marriage situation depends on the period agreed and the understanding between them. Short period marriage is not like long period marriage. In long period marriage wife needs to obey her husband as usual marriage but in short period marriage which was agreed just for sexual fulfilment, she has to fulfill her husband sexual needs then she is free in other matters of life like going out or working etc.

You have mentioned the essential requirements, and reciting it in Arabic formula is not a must. As long as the due purport is said, in whatever language.

Of course, something that was not mentioned is the female being from Ahlul Kitab, her having consent from father if virgin, and other details mentioned in practical book of laws.

Furthermore, the female is the one who initiates the contract, and the male is to accept.

And Allah knows best.

If the woman of the Mut'ah marriage with your husband is from People of Book (Christian or Jewish), then such marriage needs your permission.

If she is a Muslim woman, then her rights are not like your rights. Mut'ah marriage wife has no right of livelihood expenses, nor the right of spending nights with her like your right as a permanent wife. She also has no right in inheritance from your husband.
