Jumu'ah

Jumu'ah (Arabic: صلاة الجمعة‎, ṣalāt al-jumu‘ah), also known as Friday Prayer or Congregational Prayer, is a prayer (ṣalāt) that Muslims hold every Friday, just after noon instead of the Zuhr prayer. Muslims ordinarily pray five times each day according to the sun's sky path regardless of time zones.

We must try our best to perform every Prayer within its time and never miss any Prayer as much as we can. If God firbid, Fajr Namaz is missed, we must perform its Qaza as soon as we can. There is no condition to perform Ghusl of Jum’a before performing the Qaza although Ghusl Jum’a is very great recommended Ghusl, but you can perform the Qaza of Fajr with Wudhu only or after Ghusl Jum’a if you wish but Ghusl Jum’a is not obligatory nor a condition for Qaza Namaz.

Friday is the best day in the whole week and we have authentic Hadeeth Ahlul Bayt (AS) that Friday is more important than Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha. Wahabis are against saying Jumma Mubarak because they went very far away from Ahlul Bayt.

'Saying Jumma Mubarakah is good just like saying Eid Mubarak in Eid Al-Fitr or Eid Al-Adha.

Thank you for your question. Shias do not have any restrictions for other denominations of Muslims to enter a mosque. Rather, a mosque should be a safe space for all Muslims. Perhaps there may be local cultural sensitivities which you will have to assess on a case by case basis.

May you always be successful

Friday (Jum'ah) Prayer is obligatory if it was called for with all its conditions. This is according to the obligatory precaution ( Ehtiyat Wajib) according many of our leading scholars.

Jummah prayer can never be performed individually (Furada). It must have all its conditions including number of participants of minimum five in congregation.

Thank you for your question. In the period of occultation, most jurists in the modern period have ruled that a person has a choice whether to pray jummah or zuhr on a Friday. Jummah is better but zuhr is also sufficient for a person go have fulfilled their obligations.

Sermon of Jum'ah was always given by the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) before the two Rak'ats of Jum'ah Prayer.
Mo'awiyah and Uthman before him tried changing it.
In the well known Sunni book Morooj Al-Thahab مروج الذهب (2:72) that Mo'awiyah prayed Jum'ah prayer on Wednesday when he returned from Siffeen.

It is narrated from the Prophet (SAWA): Who resides Sura Al-Kahf on Friday, will be granted forgiveness till next Friday and three more days and will granted Noor (light) which reaches the sky. (Majma' al-Bayan by al-Tabrasi, Volume 3, Page 447).

It is also narrated from Imam Zainul Aabideen Al-Sajjad (AS):  Who recites Sura Al-Kahf every eve of Friday ( Laylatul Jum'ah) will never die but as a martyr and will be in the day of Judgment with the martyrs. ( A'lam al-Deen by al-Daylami, page 371).

Similar meaning was narrated from Imam Jafar Al-Sadiq (AS) in Majma' Al-Bayan 3:447.

According to the verdict of many high caliber scholars, joining the Jum'a Prayer is enough even if you are late and could not listen to the both Khutba of Jum'a.

You do not need to perform Dhuhr.

It is recommended to pray with Muslims from any sect. As it is a Friday prayer, you need to pray your own Dhuhr prayer before or after it.

Praying with our Muslim brothers from any sect is highly recommended.
