The oil prevents water from reaching the hair or the skin
So one should make sure that the water comes into direct contact with their hair or skin.
You can leave a little area of the head without oil in order to do a correct wudhu.

In such a case, the normal discharge is tahir, and she is able to perform wudhu and pray.

In the case where there is a discharge mixed with blood, like istihadhah blood, then the rulings of istihadhah would be applied here.

there is no problem in reading traditions from any book of ahadith without wudu. However it is recommended to be in state of wudu at all times or as much as you can.

The Wudhu is valid because the upper arm is away from the parts of washing in Wudhu, so, there is no harm at all in Wudhu.

You can perform Wudhu directly with water with out washing your face with soap unless you are sure that there are thick layer of dust on your face which prevents the water from reaching the skin, then you need to wash that thick layer first to unable water of Wudhu to reach to your face.

If he is really not sure that he broke wind during Prayer, then his Wudhu remains valid and his Prayer is valid as well.

Not all your head nor all your feet must be dry when wipe on them in Wudhu. Just part of the front part of the head, and one or more figures must be dry. The wiping must affect that front part of the head and one or more fingers. The affect is not transfer the wetness from the hand to the wiped areas.

It is allowed to read Quran with out Wudhu as far as you do not touch the writing of the Quranic text. Touching the Quranic text with out Wudhu is not permissible at all, but touching the Quran is allowed as far as you do not touch the Quranic text.

It is always recommended to be with Wudhu, especially when reading Quran.

it does not invalidate the wudhu as long as there is not emission of semen (in such case a ghusl would be required).
