Yes, it is recommended for the female during her menstrual cycle to perform Wudhu for every daily prayer not to perform it because she is not supposed to pray, but to sit on her prayer place or prayer mat and remember Allah (SWT) and recite Tasbeeh, Estighfaar, Salawaat, Du'a etc for the usual time of her Prayers.

It is also recommended for female during her menstrual cycle to perform Ghusl of Jum'a , Ghusl of Ehram , Ghusl of Ziyarat, and other recommended Ghusls.

The doubtful thoughts about Wudhu and Ghusl and even Salah (Namaz)should be ignored if it is
repeated. If it happens once or twice, then we should be sure that the
Wudhu or Ghusl has been performed properly. But when it starts
repeating, then ignore it and take your Wudhu or Ghusl or Namaz as valid.

Yes, actually it is mustahabb to do wudu and recite du'a at prayer times.

However you will not technically be in a state of wudu until after the monthly cycle has passed and you have done ghusl, it is just for spiritual/physical cleansing.

However you should not recite the ayat for which sadjah is mandatory and it is said that one should be in a state of purification to recite Du'a al-Mashlool (which you probably aren't reciting before sleeping anyway!).

Washing your body with out intention of Spritual washing which is called Ghusl, does not mean that you will not need Wudhu for Prayers. Wudhu is must before performing Prayers. If you perform obligatory Ghusl like Ghusl of Janabah, then you pray with that Ghusl with out Wudhu. If you perform a recommended Ghusl like Ghusl of Jum'a, then you can pray with it with out a need for Wadhu.

Just shower or washing the body does not mean valid Ghusl.

After you perform Ghusl or Wudhu, your state of purity ( Taharah) continues unless it is broken by wind, urine, stool, sleeping, etc. Any breaking of wind will invalidate the Wudhu and Taharah.

Touching impure things or items e.g. urine, stool etc does not break nor invalidate your Wudhu. You just need to wash your hand with water to make it Taahir.

Assalamu aleykum,

I would suggest, as precaution, to remove any traces of the mascara and re-do ghusl, wudhu and also the prayer, just to be sure that everything is performed as it should be.

It could be useful to see the rulings about the validity of wudhu’ (but also ghusl):

5. The organs of wudu must be ritually clean (tahir) before washing or wiping them.

Besides the ritual cleanliness (taharat) of the organs of wudu, they must also be exposed. In other words, there should be nothing on them which might prevent the water from reaching the skin. Special care should be taken by women in case the lipstick, nail-polish, kohl, and eye shadow are such that the water does not reach the skin. If the dirt under the long nails is not more than normal, then it will not harm the wudu.

It is not allowed to touch non Mahram but only in emergency like life saving or medical emergency etc.

Touching other gender does not invalidate Wudhu, despite of the opinion of Shaafi’ee sect that it invalidates. Their opinion is based on misunderstanding the Quranic verse أو لا مستم النساء. Even most of Sunni scholars do not accept the opinion of Shafi’ee sect in this matter.

Wudu can not be performed on shoes or socks. Wudu has a compulsory part which is wiping over part the head and on the feet. Feet must be uncovered while wiping on them.

If Wudu was not possible for any valid reason then Tayammum is to be performed in which we put our both hands on the soil or sand or stones etc, then wipe over our forehead from upper part of the forehead down to the end of it, then wipe over the outer part of the right hand then outer part of the left hand.
