This meditation is designed to help you prepare for your salah so that you can perform your daily prayer with more presence of heart. It is inspired by: a) our spiritual teachings on how to prepare for the salah b) adhan c) verses of surah al-fatiha that are recited in the salah Remember that in the same way that you practice in this meditation, during your salah, whenever you noticed that you are distracted by a thought, just bring your attention back to your connection with God. If you feel like there are certain tasks that engage your mind, you can write a list of all of them on a piece of paper before performing prayer. We hope you enjoy your pre-salah meditation.
