The authentic evidence proves that Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him and his Holy Progeny) did not die a natural death but he was killed by poison. The evidence is in Sunni and Shia books. In the Sunni books there is an authentic narration from Abdullah ibn Mas'ood.

This narration is mentioned in the Musnad of Ahmad bin Hanbal in which Abdullah ibn Mas'ood said that I don't mind or in fact I am ready to take oath and repeat it nine times that the prophet was killed rather than taking oath one time that he was not killed.
Musnad Ahmad bin Hanbal volume 1 page 408

Our prominent Ulamah have mentioned many authentic hadith that the Prophet was poisoned. Among them is:
·        Sheikh Al Mufid in his book Al-Muqni'ah page 456
·        Sheikh Al Toosi in his book Al Tahdhib vol 2 page 6
·        Al Fattal Al Nisaburi in his book Al Rawdat page 71
·        Al Allamah Al Hilli in his book Al Tahrir vol 2 page 118
·        Al Shahid Al Awal in his book Al-Durus vol 2 page 6
·        Allamah Al Majlisi in his book Mir'at Al Uqol  vol 5 page 174

Ibne-Abil Hadeed Al Moathazalee a well known non-Shia scholar mentioned in his book Sharh Nahj Al-Balagha that the Prophet was poisoned and that he passed away as a Shahid (martyr) vol 10 page 221.

There is a narration from Imam Jaffer as Sadiq (as) that Imam Hassan (as) told his family members "I will die by poison as the Prophet Mohammad (saw) was poisoned."
Al-Khara'ij wal-Jara'ih vol 1 page 241

Among the Sunni scholars Al Hakim Al Nishapuri is very well known who compiled the famous book Al-Mustadrak alaa al-Sahihain he narrated from Al Sha'bi "by Allah the Prophet was poisoned."

It is not the death but it is the martyrdom of the Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him and his Holy Progeny).
 Wassalam.

Absolutely not.

Perhaps you are familiar with the narration attributed to the Prophet (S):

---
Al-Qummi indicates on page 432, Vol. 2, of his Tafsir, that the Messenger of Allah (S) once saw in a vision monkeys climbing over his pulpit, and he felt very distressed; thereupon, the chapter of Qadr was revealed to remove his distress. The period of Banu Umayyad's government lasted roughly a thousand months: from 661 to 750 A.D., with the first ruler being Abu Sufyan and the last Mu’awiyah al-Himar.

Both al-Kulayni in his Al-Kafi and al-Majlisi in his Bihar al-Anwar quote Ahmed ibn Muhammad quoting Ali ibn al-Hassan quoting Muhammad ibn al-Walid and Muhammad ibn Ahmed quoting Yunus ibn Ya’qub quoting Ali ibn ‘Eisa al-Qammat quoting his uncle quoting Imam Abu Abdullah al-Sadiq (as) saying, "The Messenger of Allah (S) was shown in a vision how Banu Umayyah climbed over his pulpit (like monkeys climb over trees), so he felt very unhappy, whereupon Gabriel (as) descended upon him and asked him why he was so forlorn.

He (S) said, ‘I have seen (in a vision) tonight Banu Umayya ascending my pulpit after having misled people from the Straight Path.' Gabriel (as) said, ‘I swear by the One Who has sent me (as a messenger) with the truth, this is something with which I am not familiar.' Having said so, he ascended to the heavens. After a short while, he brought him one verse to remove thereby his grief; it said: ‘Have you considered if We would let them enjoy themselves for (a few) years, then that with which they are threatened comes to them, so much so that whatever they were permitted to enjoy shall not avail them (in the least)?' (Holy Qur'an, Surah Shu’ara 26:205-207).

We have in our books of Hadeeth and Seerah of the Prophet (SAWA) that he was sleeping less and working and worshiping more. Even in Quran we read: Verily, your Lord knows that you stand (to worship st night) a little less than two thirds of the night, or half of the night or a third of the night) Sura 73, Verse 20.

Sunni and Shia sources mentioned that the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) was poisoned and did not die a natural death. Among Sunni sources mentioned this fact: al-Mustadrak 'Alal Saheehain by al-Haakim al-Neesabouri.

'Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal from Ibn Mas'ood.

The question is who put the poison to poison the Prophet? Some claim that it was a Jewish woman who sent  roasted meat to the Prophet in Khaibar but this claim can not stand because all who have eaten from that poisoned meat died and Allah informed the Prophet that it is poisoned and he did not eat from it. How can he dies after three years of that?

Those who poisoned the Prophet wanted to use that old incident to cover their act.

Imam Ali (AS) was always with the Prophet (SAWA) and he witnessed how some persons led by Umar refused to obey the order of the Prophet (SAWA). Imam Ali (AS) knew their evil intentions when they openly opposed the Prophet (SAWA). The prophetic order to bring writing marerial was not to Imam Ali (AS) but to other companions. The Prophet (SAWA) wanted to write his last will appointing Imam Ali as his successor, and that was the reason of the refusal of Umar and his group to obey the Prophet (SAWA). If he brought it, they will simply deny it and deny the Prophet's other orders and turn against Islam to achieve their evil plans to grasp the government. They have already said about the Prophet (SAWA): the (man) is speaking nonsense إن الرجل ليهجر.

Imam Ali (AS) was always trying to protect Islam and Muslims and never let them fight or leave Islam.

Yes of course. Allah (SWT) Has in His Knowledge based in the Absolute evidence the they are the best of all His creatures in submitting to Allah. They want nothing but what Allah wants. That is why Allah ordered all in Quran to obey Allah, the messenger and Ahlul Bayt(Your divine leaders). (Sura 4, verse 59).

Yes. The Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) used to fast the day of his birth which teaches us to celebrate his birthday. The Hadeeths that he used to fast his day of birth are mentioned in many Sunni books like ( Saheeh Muslim, al-Bayhaqi, al-Tirmithi, Ibn Maajah, Al- Nasaa'ee, Ahmad ibn Hanbal and many others.).

'Sunni books narrated also that the Prophet (SAWA) used to celebrate the birthdays of pervious prophets like Moosa. This is another evidence that celebrating his birth anniversary is very good and a prophetic Practice ((Sunna).

Yes, Imam Ali (AS) was always accompanying the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) including when going to Hiraa' cave and he used to pray and worship Allah when the Prophet was worshiping Allah. Even during the revelation Ali (AS) was with the Prophet but he was not a Prophet. The Prophet told Ali: Surely, you hear what I hear and see what I say but you are not a Prophet, you are my successor  إنك تسمع ما أسمع وترى ٬ما أرى  (لكنك لست بنبي وإنما أنت

The marriages of the Prophets are never for sexual desires but for purpose of serving the message of Allah (SWT) including avoiding expected bigger harm on the message and testing the degree of the faith of the people especially after the Prophet's life. Prophet Noah and Prophet Lut got married with wives who were away from obeying Allah and obeying them as Allah has mentioned them in Quran as the example of non believers (Sura 66, verse 10) despite being wives of prophets. This confirms that the degree of a person is not by relation but by sincere faith and obedience to Allah and His messenger. The marriage of the Prophet (SAWA) with Aisha was because of the demand of Abu Bakr , her father, likewise the marriage with Hafsa was by a demand from her father Umar. The Prophet (SAWA) wanted to avoid the harm which can happen to the newly established Muslim society in Madinah.

The very important aim of distinguishing between real believer and superficial one, was achieved when Aisha stood and fought against Imam Ali (AS) the real successor of the Prophet (SAWA) and she was followed by those Muslims who were not concrete in their faith. Wife of Prophet Musa (AS) did similar when she led an army to fight against the successor of Musa. History repeats itself.

'Such persons attract those who carry the name and claim but don't really follow the teachings of the Prophet. Allah says in Quran: Allah will never leave the believers in the state in which you are now until He distinguishes the wicked from the good. (Sura 3, verse 179).

Yes, it is mentioned in many Hadeeths that sleeping between ASR and Maghrib is Makrouh (disliked) and cause many harms on health and well-being. It can cause mental problems and unhappiness. Hadeeth says: Who sleeps between ASR and Maghrib should not blame but himself when he finds disturbance in his mind. In Makarim al-Akhlaq page 333: Sleeping after ASR causes mental harm.

Nap during the day is good and called Qayloola قيلولة which is after Dhuhr till before Asr.
