Cremating dead animal body is permissible unlike cremating human dead body which is absolutely Haraam (forbidden). Keeping the ashes of the dead animal is permissible. I advice you to think about any real benefits you can get from any action you do.

Yes it is permissible to have a dog as a pet but you must be careful as it is an impure animal (Najis) like pig and you should not let it make your clothes or plates or home items impure (Najis).
If you want to keep a dog as a pet, keeping a dog in your garden to guard your house or garden is allowed as well, and it has no risk of making your home items as impure.

All good desires of the believers will be fulfilled in Paradise. If having that pet in Paradise is good for the believer, he/she will get it there. If having it in the Paradise is not good, the believer will not desire to have it.

It is not obligatory to feed our pets Halal meat or food, though it is better to do so if we can, but it is not Haraam to feed our pets non Halal food. Non Halal food is Haraam (not allowed) forus but not Haraam on animals.
