Islam is life does not mean only praying the 5 daily prayers and fasting during the month of Ramadhan, but include all our life like what to eat and what not to eat, what to drink, what not to drink, what to wear, what not to wear, what to listen to and what not to listen to. Real Muslim obeys Allah in every act in his/her life.
'Listening to sinful music is not permissible in Islam. Some persons like listening to such music despite the fact that it is not permissible. They should try their best to obey Allah rather than obeying their desires.
It is not permissible to spend any amount which was earned from Haraam source on family or friends. Such money must be given back to the real owner or if unknown or unreachable then to be spent on poor people through the Marje of Taqleed.
No one has a right to pick in Islamic rules whatever he feels more logical for him. We must obey Allah even if our thinking based on our limited knowledge does not digest it. The orders of Allah are taken from the Prophet (SAWA) and his Holy Progeny Ahlul Bayt (AS). You need to follow the most highest scholar ( Marje' of Taqleed) to seek guidance.
