The reward of the believers who do good does not depend on the quantity but the quality of worship. Quality of worship depends on the degree of sincerity and dedication to Allah (SWT). Woman during menstruation gets reward for every good deed she does and gets also compensation for the suffering of menstruation. That will make her reward not less that the reward of pious men who do good. There is no question of any discrimination between man and woman in front of Allah (SWT) who created both of them and granted them equal chances and help to do good.
'Wassalam.
It is recommended for the women during her menstruation period to perform Wudhu in the time of Prayers and wear her prayers dress and sit on her place of prayers and be busy in remembering Allah for time like her prayer time. This Wudhu break like any other Wudhu although such Wudhu does not allow her to perform Namaz because of her menstruation.
The 'iddah period for an Islamic divorce is 3 menstrual cycles, or 3 months if a woman is within the age of menstrual cycle but does not menstruate, or delivery of a child if she is pregnant.
The 'iddah takes effect and commences when the shar'i divorce is conducted. If the court divorce is also an Islamic shar'i court, then it would have that effect as well.
However, if it is a civil/legal divorce, and not a shar'i divorce, she is still Islamically married to her husband and they must initiate procedure of Islamic divorce for her to commence her 'iddah.
Check in your Islamic laws book of your marja for details and conditions of when to perform this. It is like a normal ghusl with a different intention.
Wudu isn't needed after ghusl al janabah and you would automatically have wudu unless you break it during or after your ghusl. For other non-janabah ghusls wudu must be made after if you wish to pray. If your marja states ghusl al hayd gives wudu or ghusl al juma' then you may follow this.
