Yes it permissible to perform Ghusl while taking a shower using soap and shampoo. You need to have the intention of performing Ghusl for the sake of Allah, then making water reach to your head and neck, then the right side of your body then the left side of your body.

We just support the victims in any possible way. Our brothers, sisters and children are been massacred in front of the whole world and can never support those who fund the genocide in any way. Even if we stop using what we used to use, and tolerate that for the sake of supporting the innocent children, we must tolerate. We must share with our innocent brothers and sisters whatever we can..

Cruelty to animals is against the teachings of Islam. Those who do that are responsible. This does not mean that using any product is not allowed because the manufacturers did wrong as far as we don't support the wrong. There are two different issues in this question.

Yes it is allowed to use shampoos or lotions containing artificial alcohol.

Nothing is Najis unless and until you have concert evidence that it is Najis.

If you have doubt and want to be precautious, it is up to you to do Ehtiyaat (precaution) but we can not call any doubtful item as definitely Najis.
