Najis

In Islamic law, najis (Arabic: نجس‎) means ritually unclean. According to Islam, there are two kinds of najis: the essential najis which cannot be cleaned and the unessential najis which become najis while in contact with another najis. Contact with najis things brings a Muslim into a state of ritual impurity (Arabic: نجاسة‎ najāsa, in opposition to ṭahārah, ritual purity). Ritual purification is then required before religious duties such as regular prayers are performed.

if you touch the unwashed dead body with the wet hand then your hand becomes Najis so if you touch another thing with that hand while it is wet that thing will become najis too.
But touching the dead body with dry hand doesn't make your hand najis and the only duty is to perform Mayyit touching Ghusl.

After removing Najasat, whether by tissue or water , just pour Qalil water on the place two times, then that place as well as your hands are Taahir.

Just possibility does not establish a concrete evidence of impurity. Everything is Taahir for you unless and until you know that it is Najis. You need to know for sure that it is Najis. Visibility or odor of the Najis item is not necessary which means some Najis items fall on an object in a tiny amount which does not leave a visible trace or odor, but the object has become Najis. Visibility or odor of Najis item can be an evidence in some cases.

Doubting whether the Najasat has transferred to your body or cloth or not, does not make your body or cloth Najis. You can consider everything as Tahir unless and until you know for sure that it is Najis.

'If you are sure that you performed a Prayer while your body or cloth were Najis, then you need to be Tahir and perform that Prayer again.

If the down side of the shoes becomes Najis, then walk ten steps after removal of the Najis item, lower part of the shoes becomes Tahir.

'If the upper part of the shoes becomes Najis, you must wash it with water after removing the Najis item if any.

No. Everything is Tahir for you until you know for sure that it is Najis. As you are not sure that the ground is Najis, you can consider it as Tahir.

Such clothes need to be washed with water like washing any other Najis clothes, then it will become Taahir. 

Plates and vessels contaminated by dog need to be washed first with soil, then with pure water, but this rule is not for clothes.

Plates or vessels contaminated with pig or dead rat need to washed with water seven times. That is not for clothes.

This situation is called in jurisprudence a limited doubt شُبهة محصورة which means that you are sure that a part within a limited parts is Najis but you don't know which one. In this case you must avoid all the parts within the known limits.

If you touch a Najis item e.g. a dog, with wetness, then your touching part of your body or cloth becomes Najis and needs to be washed with water to be Taahir. If you touch a dog or any Najis item with out wetness, then your body of cloth is not Najis.

For health precaution, you are advised not to touch a dog even with dry hands because of the possibility of transfer of microbes or parasites from the dog to your body. Simply, everything is Taahir for you unless and until you know for sure that it is Najis. This is a rule in jurisprudence based on a narration of Ammar from Imam Jafar Al-Sadiq (AS) stating : Everything is ritually clean till you know that it is ritually unclean. (Wasaa'il al-Shia, V.2, Section 37 on Nijasah). 

 Your doubt in this matter does not make any difference. You are ritually clean because you are just doubting and not sure that your body became Najis.
