Thank you for your question. God is Just and all people will receive rewards for their good deeds and accountability for their bad deeds. Certain people are given all of the recompenses for any good that they have done in this world, but only to find punishment for the bad they have done in the next. The blissful life in this world distracts them from reforming their ways and their end is undesirable. Conversely, some pay for all of the bad they have done in this world, only to find good in the next. The lives people lead on the outside, during our short stay in the corporeal realm, are not a benchmark for God's favor.

If we had better planning for our daily routine, where we always know that prayer time is what everything else rotates around, then we will always have prayer time prioritised. This will mean that when it is prayer time, whatever is necessary to have for prayer would have already been thought through.

It's always best not to delay your prayer, and in cases where you cannot at all find a corner or a room, or a place indoors or outdoors to pray in some peace, then you will need to see how much you are able to keep focus and concentrate. 

It will not be haram for you to delay your prayer a bit, as long as it is within the time frame for that prayer. At the same time, if this situation is regular, and you are frequently in a crowded place at prayer time, you should find alternatives, so that you are able to pray on time, which is the best and most recommended thing to do.

Thank you for your question. The peace treaty brought the battle to an end as Muawiya's tactics had caused confusion in the army of Imam al-Hasan (as) making the continuation of armed struggle unwise. The Imam was unable to continue fighting because of discord in his army and so agreed to the treaty.

The meaning of vicegerency is that he is charged with acting on God's behalf and has the merit to do that. This is due to his complete servitude and spiritual station. There is no dichotomy between the decision of God and the decision of the Imam.

You are completely correct.

Anyway, it is customary to say PBUH, etc, after the name of the Prophet (S) as a gesture of respect, and also because the Qur'an says to send blessings upon the Prophet (S). After all, there is no limit to Allah's blessings! 

When we pray for someone to be blessed, it also elevates us, because it is a selfless act of giving. And it attracts Allah's blessings to ourselves. 

However, I do feel that this type of usage can become ritualistic and dry if it is just done out of habit, so it is good to think about.

Also, I am of the view that it is not really necessary to do frequently in English because it looks/sounds weird and omitting it, in the custom of the English language, does not imply disrespect to the Prophet. Especially when speaking to or writing things for people who are not Muslims, as it is very weird to see PBUH all over the place. But other people may have other views.
