When does fasting start in Ramadan? Is it at the sound of the Fajr Adhan or at sunrise?

Fasting starts from Fajr and ends on Maghrib.

Wassalam,
Is it correct to break my fast at the time of Adhaan or after I pray Maghrib? If this practice is wrong, do I need to perform any expiation or repeat all my fasts?

It is allowed to break your fast at the time of Adhaan of Maghrib. Although it is recommended to pray before breaking your fast. Recommended is not obligatory. You don’t need to repeat any fast.

Why do prayer leaders exclude Aliyyun Waliyullah during Tashahud yet include it in Adhan and Iqamat? If its recitation is not essential, then what justifies its inclusion in the Adhan?

Athaan أذان and Iqama are recommended and we say Ashhadu Anna Aliyyan Waliyyullah being the main fact of proper faith after Tawheed and Nubowwah. This was been announced in Athaan immediately after Ghadeer Khum decleratiin.

Tashahhud is not recommended but obligatory. In Tashahhud we are bound to say exactly what was been said by the Prophet (SAWA) and Ahlul Bayt (AS). All  authentic Hadeeths from Prophet and Ahlul Bayt teaching us Tashahhud have the same Tashahhud with out adding any sentence on it. Mentioning Ameerul Mo;mineen (AS) in Tashahhud is allowed or recommended as part of supplication like (ALLAHUMMA SALLI Ala Aliyyin AMEERIL Mo;mineen) and not as a part of Tashahhud. Du’a is permissible in every part in Salah, but Tashahhud must be recited as it was recited by the Prophet. and Ahlul Bayt (AS).

Imam Ali (AS) did not use his authority as head of the state to retain any of his or his family rights.  He said that Fatima (AS) and her opponents who took away her Fadak have gone to the hereafter and Allah Will Judge between them.

Imam Ali (AS) was focusing on reserving the rights of Muslims in general and on his or his family rights which were taken away.
