If she was never married before, she still needs the permission of her father or paternal grand father. If her father or paternal grand father disagree for invalid reason, then has the right to decide for herself. If you have a Muslim wife, you need her permission to have a Mut’ah marriage with Christian or Jewish female.

Parents are responsible to do every thing possible to protect their children from evil deeds and harmful company. If they are sure that their financial support will be used in sinful acts, they should refrain from supporting the wrong. They should everything possible to save their daughter from wrong.

I advise you to refer to your Marje’ of Taqleed and explain to him the reasons of father’s refusal then take his advise as a Marje’ of Taqleed.

Zakat from Non Sayyed is not permissible to Poor Sayyed, but it is permissible from a Sayyed to a poor Sayyed. If you are a Sayyed, you can give your Zakat to your Sayyed relatives.

We should give to our relatives more than Khums and Zakat to see that their life is with out financial hardships just like our own life as much as we can.
