Jaami' Al-Sa'aadaat ( The Collector of Felicities) by Shaikh Al-Naraqi is a very good book. You can also read Quranic verses regarding desires and the dangers of following desires and the great reward of controlling desires.

'There are many Hadeeths from the Prophet (SAWA) and Ahlul Bayt (AS) on this topic which can be found in many books of Hadeeth like Tohaf Al-O'qool by ibn Sho'bah Al-Harrani.
